GLOUCESTER Rugby's first preseason friendly of the summer is now less than a month away and the club is delighted to announce a number of events at which you can whet your appetite for the new campaign.

Share The Scarlet's will be the first test for Bryan Red path's side as they come to Kingsholm on Saturday August 14th for the first of three preseason friendlies.

However, there is an opportunity to come down to the stadium in the run up to that game, on Wednesday August 11th, as Gloucester Rugby's Touch Rugby League will see its semi finals staged at Kingsholm and the newly redecorated South Stand bar will have its grand unveiling.

Later on in the week, the team will be warming up for their match against the Scarlet's by holding their first open training event of its kind at Kingsholm on Friday, 13th August where fans can watch them train for an hour.

The open training session is free of charge and everyone is welcome to come along and see the players put through their paces.

After the session, the players will be happy to sign autographs and pose for pictures. If you're still undecided about purchasing a season ticket for the 2010-11 season by that point, it's also a great opportunity to take a look around and perhaps check out some vantage points in the various stands before making your decision?

Finally, the Gloucester Rugby Open Day will take place on Monday, 30th August at Kingsholm, the event will feature a number of activities organised by the community and stadium tours which will feature access into the changing room areas. Bryan Redpath and members of the first team squad will be in attendance on what is sure to be a fun family day out!

The ticket office will be open for all of the events giving supporters the opportunity to purchase or find out more about season tickets and match tickets for the forthcoming season.
