FROCESTER moved up to fourth place in Premier One with a winning draw over Taunton St Andrews.

Louis Gegg (88) and captain Nick Trainor (40) added 110 for the first wicket and Mark Hardinges (46) and Tom Wand (40) were also in fine form as Frocester were dismissed for 303 off the final delivery of the 55th over.

In reply, Taunton, with their powerful batting line-up, were always in the hunt, but the Frocester attack shared the wickets as the home team finished on 291 for 9 off 55 overs.

u FROCESTER 2nd X1 defeated their Taunton St Andrews by four wickets.

Taunton batted first and reached a total of 207 all out in 44.5 overs, with Tom Furley taking 5-39.

George Bailey (64), Tom Ellis (45) and Adam Mukasa (26 not out) led the Frocester run chase.

FROCESTER 3rd X1 lost by nine runs to Charlton Kings chasing 158.

FROCESTER 4th team maintained their challenge at the top of Stroud Premier One, defeating Tormarton by 11 runs.

Tom Pinker top scored with 45 in a Frocester total of 183 all out in 38 overs. Tormarton were dismissed for 172 with Jake Roberts taking 6-28. Steve Tegg scored a century in Frocester 5th X1s 180-4 and Eric Woodmason took 6-20 as Eastington were dismissed for 157.
