IT was a moment to remember for BT Sport pundit and ex-Premier League footballer Robbie Savage as his son Charlie Savage scored his first senior goal.
Charlie Savage is currently on loan at League One side Forest Green Rovers and scored his maiden goal in his senior career to give his side a 1-0 lead against Bristol Rovers.

Savage, a regular on the BT Sports Score sofa on Saturday afternoons, was visibly emotional as his son Charlie struck in the 12th minute of the game. Although it was not enough to see bottom-of-the-league Forest Green win, as they lost 3-1 to extend their winless run to 14 games.
Charlie savage is currently on-loan from Manchester United, where he signed a five-year contract back in May 2022.
After joining the academy at the age of nine, Savage made his senior debut in December against Young Boys at Old Trafford. The teenager has represented Wales at Under-17 and Under-19 level and last season made 23 starts for United’s Under-18s and 19 appearances for the Under-23 side.
