MAT BLYTHE has emerged as the main contender to become the next Stonehouse Town manager.
Blythe, led Frampton United to second-place in the County League and a Harry Greening cup final win over local rivals Stonehouse earlier this month.
The Magpies are in the market for a new manager following the departure of Ian Soule, who led the Oldends Lane outfit to third last season and fourth in his two years in charge.
Stonehouse have set a May 10 deadline for applications and anyone interested in the job should contact chairman Nigel Sanders by emailing Nigel.Sanders50@yahoo.co.uk or call Nigel on 07791 383197.
