Ebullient Macclesfield boss Sol Campbell insists his relegation threatened side can handle the threat of teams dining at the top of the table.
Looking ahead to Macclesfield's trip to in-form Forest Green this weekend, the former Spurs, Arsenal and England defender told the club website: "We can handle the guys at the top end of the table, I'm not saying we will go to Forest Green without any fear, but we will set ourselves up properly and make a good fist of it."
His side pulled off a shock 3-2 victory at home to play-off chasing Exeter City on Tuesday night to leapfrog out of the relegation zone for the first time since August.
Exeter's Ryan Bowman gave his side the lead during the first half, but goals from Harry Bowman and Michael Rose saw the underdogs level at the break - before 6ft 5in striker Harry Smith's 85th minute winner sealed all three points.
