PROUD to be Stroud is the mantra for professional boxer Max Mudway.
The Stroud light middleweight fighter will step into the ring for only his second professional fight of his burgeoning career at the Oasis Leisure Centre in Swindon on April 27, brimming full of confidence.
Under the tutelage of Gloucester's Jon Pitman at the city's Fight Factory gym, the 23-year-old marked his first pro fight in December with a points victory over Lithuanian opponent Arvydas Trizno at the Meca in Swindon.
Tickets for his upcoming fight can be obtained from Max or www.neilsonboxing.co.uk
Mudway fights on a card promoted by Neilson Boxing in association with Paddy Fitzpatrick and Trifecta Boxing Promotions. Topping the bill are Swindon boxers Luke Watkins and Ryan Martin.
Mudway sat down with Ashley Loveridge to preview his fight later this month.
