THE Minchinhampton seniors' home match against The Kendleshire finished as a draw with both teams winning two games and halving one.

Two matches did not finish, being all square through 17.

David Tonks & Ron Barker and Andy Poolman & John Dennis won their games.

NORMALLY Bowood provide tough opposition but on this occasion Minchinhampton won 6-2.

Minchinhampton won five games, halved two and lost 1.

THE New Course players continued their run of good form winning the match against their counterparts 7-1 on the Common.

Robert Knight & David Leeson, Tony Marchant & David Warden, Peter Morse & Neil Tohill, John Evans & David Starkey, John Gravell & Alan Hunt, Davis Rees & Ian Saner and John Loosley & John Pugh all won their matches.

Seniors' stableford and Kay Cup The Kay Cup is awarded to the player over 70 with the best score. The winner this year was Jim Greggains who scored 39 points.

The division one winner was Mike Parkin (41pts) from Chris Redpath (38) who edged out Mil Petkovic (38) on countback.

Jim Greggains won division two from Peter Goodman (38) and Peter Morse (36).
