BELOVED bread connoisseurs Hobbs House Bakery has extended its empire to include a new licensed bistro in Nailsworth’s George Street.
Specialising in the best of British food, the newly opened eatery has a strong focus on traditional cuts of meat and fish and carefully sourced ingredients brought direct from the finest producers.
Boasting an informal, lively atmosphere and the bakery’s magnificent wood-fired oven as its centre feature, the bistro’s menu consists of nothing that is not expertly prepared from scratch by head chef Antony Smith.
Party bookings of up to 12 can be arranged and diners can choose from a host of local ales, ciders and a select wine list.
Opening hours are Thursday to Saturday evenings from 6.30pm – 9.30pm.
