COLIN Outlaw, aged 35, of London Road, Stroud, admitted possession of heroin at Stroud Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Wednesday, July 14.
The court heard how Outlaw voluntarily handed a 0.2g wrap of the Class A drug to police while being questioned about a different incident in Stroud on June 16.
Mazar Iqbal, defending, said Outlaw told police he intended to inject the drug into his groin.
The court also heard from Outlaw’s probation officer, who said she was happy with his engagement in his drug rehabilitation programme to date.
Outlaw was fined £50 with £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
