THE Cheltenham Gold Cup is among a number of high value items that have been stolen from an address in Wormington near Tewkesbury.
Several silver and brass horse racing trophies worth more than £150,000 were taken in a burglary in the village around 6.50am this morning, Wednesday, July 14.
Bronze ornaments in the shape of a hare, a spaniel with a pheasant in its mouth and two horses being ridden by jockeys were also stolen, along with a dark wooden clock with gold sides, two silver trophies, a silver fisherman ornament and a cigarette case.
