SALSA dancing, African drumming and Chinese cooking are just a handful of the worldly activities taking place this week at Maidenhill School.
Starting today, Wednesday, July 14, and running until the end of this week, the school’s Go Global event allows pupils in Years 7-9 to experience a host of activities native to African, Asian and South American cultures.
These will include Year 9 students trying their hand at martial arts, while Year 8 pupils attempt Brazilian beach volleyball and Chinese language workshops.
