FIRST Minchinhampton Guides faces closure unless more volunteers come forward to help run the group.
Current leader Clare Wherrett is struggling to cope because she does not have enough helpers.
The guide group has two brownie groups that feed into it so its loss would hit young people hard in Minchinhampton.
Clare says volunteers need to be enthusiastic and willing to get stuck in.
The group of 15 girls meet once a week on Tuesdays from 7pm to 8.30pm at the Scout Headquarters in Dr Browns Road.
