Stroud's Daylight Theatre Company are delighted to be back in town with a newly revised version of an old time favourite, 'Sherlock Holmes and the Magic Box'.
It is Christmas time in Sherlock Holmes' study. Dr Watson arrives with a mysterious box with no lid. The famous detective cannot find a way inside, neither can Toby the sniffer dog or Moony the cat. However the dazzling diva Irene Adler holds a clue. And the wicked Professor Moriarty is also on the trail .....
This exciting and humours mystery adventure is great fun for all the family, combining puppets, actors, an ingenious 'Victorian' set, lots of laughter and of course, a little help from the audience. Young detectives aged 5 - 11 are invited to roll up and help uncover the secret of the magic box!
'Sherlock Holmes and the Magic Box' shows at The Space, Stroud’s Arts Centre, at 7pm on Friday 12th December (doors & bar open 6.30pm). Tickets can be booked on 01453 759676 or buy tickets on the door.
