MEASURES needed to allow all Stroud’s outdoor Christmas lights to be switched on simultaneously is too expensive. Stroud Town Council heard on Monday, December 1 that the authority would have to pay for either an electronic zapper or a huge amount of wiring. Stroud mayor John Marjoram said a resident had called him on the subject.
