AARON Baker drove on Main Road, Whiteshill without due care and attention and failed to report an accident to police.
Baker, 21, of Main Road, Whiteshill, Stroud was driving a Volkswagen Golf which collided with another car that was turning right into a lane on February 14, Stroud Magistrates' Court heard on Thursday.
He pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention and failing to report an accident to police.
Baker received five points on his licence and was fined £100. He was ordered to pay £60 costs plus £15 victim surcharge.
