A WELL-KNOWN Stroud business is moving location after more than three decades. 

In the business of moving others, the family run estate agency has taken the plunge and after 30 years on the London Road, is moving up the road, to number 3 King Street

This is the site of the office of former Stroud MP Siobhan Baillie. 

(Image: Newsquest) Specialising in selling and letting property in the villages and towns surrounding Stroud and across the Severn Vale, Murrays was founded in September 1993 by Richard Murray, together with his parents, Clive and Jenny, in an advisory role.

The firm went on to open a second office in Minchinhampton in 1995 and a third office in Painswick in 1996 and also has an affiliation with a London Mayfair office.

Richard’s brother, James, joined the firm as co-director in 2006. 

Murrays’ lettings team will also be based in the new Stroud office.
