A PUB in Bussage held a party to celebrate its landlords’ 30-year tenure recently.
John and Melissa Thwaite invited friends to enjoy free food and drink and live music at The Ram Inn on Sunday, September 22.

A hog roast was provided by meat-seller Jesse Smith & W.J Castle.
Music, meanwhile, came from acts Too Old For Toys and Dead Dog Cider.
The event at John and Melissa’s pub, located in The Ridge in Bussage, was held to mark the Thwaite family’s 30 years at the helm of the venue.
Melissa first took over the venue as a co-licensee with her father in around September 1994.
“The party was really a thank-you to the people that have supported us over the years,” said John.
“There was a number missing because they were on holidays or had other commitments, but we still had a superb turnout.”
