A STROUD teenage has been banned from contacting or being around girls aged under 18. 

A sexual risk order has been imposed on Owen Miessner, aged 18, from the Paganhill Estate, Stroud until October 7, 2026. 

Under the 12-point order Miessner is banned from various activities which includes having unsupervised contact or communication with any female under the age of 18. 

Exceptions include when there is prior approval from social services and the parent/guardian of a child plus for education or work but only when the relevant education provider and employer are aware of this order. 

Miessner must not use any device capable of accessing the internet unless it retains a search history and the device must be available for inspection. 

Devices can be provided by employers and Miessner can search for work on a computer at a Job Centre. 

Miessner is banned from deleting his internet search history and is also banned from deleting any chat, messages or communications on any internet enabled devices owned or operated by him. 

He is also banned from using Snapchat as it does not by default retain messages permanently.

The order was granted at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 8.
