A LEGAL FIRM has moved into purpose-built new premises at the Five Valleys Shopping Centre.

Montpellier Legal have now added Stroud to the company’s growing list of locations.

The new building at the heart of the centre has delivered 2,000 sq. ft. of office space which has now been transformed into Montpellier Legal’s latest town centre branch.

The company already has existing branches in Cheltenham, Gloucester and London, and the team are now looking forward to working with local agents as well as homeowners looking to make their next move.

Montpellier Legal focuses entirely on the specialist area of conveyancing – with a nearly 60 strong team working in the property sector.

Construction on the new office development for Montpellier Legal was completed earlier in the summer ready for the team to complete the internal fit out and establish their Stroud team.

Around ten members of staff are initially working from the Stroud offices with plans to expand the team.

Nick Ponting, chief operating officer, said: “The new office building looks fantastic and this is a great location for us – right in the heart of the town and incredibly convenient for our clients and for our team.

“It is fantastic to see the transformation that has taken place at Five Valleys and we are really pleased to be a part of that and look forward to working with the local community here in the town.”

Five Valleys is owned and managed by the regeneration company, Dransfield Properties.

Managing director, James Shepherd, said: “The last twelve months has seen some really significant changes at Five Valleys with the new medical centre and library now open and a number of new companies joining the centre.

“Montpellier Legal bringing their newest branch here is another fantastic milestone for the centre.

"The new offices look fantastic and we wish the whole team all the very best with their future growth in their new Stroud location.”
