AN application has been made to Stroud District Council to build 34 low carbon dwellings in Leonard Stanley.

Mr Grant, has appled for permission to build the homes on land north of Bath Road, Bath Road, Leonard Stanley.

As well as erecting 34 low carbon dwellings which includes 10 affordable units, vehicular access off Batti Road, and associated public open space including a community orchard, landscaping and infrastructure.

- Faulkener, Manor Farm, Broad Street, Kings Stanley. Repair / replace existing windows and surrounds. Removal of cement render & repointing of the stonework in lime mortar. Resubmission.
