A CIRENCESTER man was due in court yesterday, Tuesday, after allegedly being caught committing a sexual act in public.
Nicholas Hooper, aged 35, of Countess Lilias Road, Cirencester, is charged with intentionally or recklessly causing a public nuisance.
Is it alleged that Hooper was caught masturbating in public in Ashton Keynes on Wednesday, March 13.
He was due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court yesterday Tuesday.
