SOLICITORS handling the estates of two late Stroud people are appealing for anyone who may have an interest in their estates to come forward.
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Alison O'Brien, late of Herb Cottage, 32 Summer Street, Stroud, who died on October 23, 2020, are required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 08/10/2024, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.

A second case is also listed: Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 anyone having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of David Geoffrey Charles Oldmeadow, late of The Lodge, Fortwilliam, Butterrow Hill, Stroud, Gloucestershire, GL5 2LR, who died on March 31, 2024, must send written particulars to the address below by September 25, 2024, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests notified.
