AN ENGLAND football legend will appear at a Stroud bar.
Sir Geoff Hurst - best known for scoring a hat-trick as England won the 1966 World Cup against fierce rivals West Germany - will appear at the Carlton on Saturday, August 31.
He will take part in the Carlton's family fun day, which will see a bouncy castle, face painting, live music, a BBQ and more.
Money from the day will be raised towards supporting Allsorts.
