TAKE a stroll down the years in Stroud for nostalgia this week.
Many readers will remember Timothy Whites in the town.
By 1890, Whites was one of four British pharmacists with over ten branches.
Whites sold hardware as well as that which was normally found at a retail chemist's.
A real nostalgia trip down memory lane is shown in Shaun Dowdeswell's photograph of Church Street and in the other image looking towards Rowcroft.
All of these photographs were taken from the Facebook group Stroud Area Photographs and Cotswold Picture Postcards.
If you have any nostalgic images of Stroud or the surrounding district please emal them to matthew.holmes@newsquest.co.uk
