AN appeal has been launched after two garden statues were stolen from a home in Nailsworth.
The two metal deer statues - which were stolen from a property in Watledge - have a high sentimental value, police say.
It is believed they were stolen between 7pm on Sunday, July 21 and 8am on Monday, July 22.
A police spokesperson said in a community alert: “The value of these items were more sentimental than monetary to the victim and were a reminder of a loved one that passed.
“If you have any further information about this incident or the location of the statues, we’d like to hear from you.”
