A MOTORWAY service station in Gloucestershire has topped a list of best-rated services.
Gloucester Services (southbound) near Brookthorpe took pole position in vehicle finance company Moneybarn’s Service Station Index for best-reviewed stations.
The list explored service stations’ Tripadvisor pages with at least 100 reviews.
Gloucester Services, which is located on the M5, scored four out of five, with Moneybarn noting that reviewers have praised its customer service, cleanliness and quality of food.
Michaelwood near Dursley, also on the M5, came joint 10th with two and a half out of five.
Gloucester Services (southbound) additionally came first in a list in the index of service stations with the most shops.
According to the list, the location has seven stores.
Leigh Delamere Eastbound on the M4 near Stanton St Quintin came joint third with four shops.
Leigh Delamere Eastbound also came joint ninth in an index list of service stations with the cheapest average electric charger price, with an average cost of 59p.
