A QUEDGELEY man has been found guilty of driving while three times the limit.
Daryll Kelly, aged 38, of Carters Orchard, Quedgeley, was caught driving a Ford with 126 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Kelly was breathalysed in Hillcott Close, Quedgeley on February 10 but pleaded not guilty to drink-driving at a hearing on February 28.
However, he was convicted of the offence on June 27.
Kelly is due to be sentenced at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Monday.
