A HEAVILY USED road in Stroud was last week resurfaced.

A stretch of Stratford Road - between its junction with Beeches Green and the roundabout by the Tesco superstore - was closed for several days overnight last week while it was resurfaced. 

Pictures show the road on Monday evening after the resurfacing job had been completed.
