A POPULAR town centre retailer has renewed its lease and has confirmed that it will continue to trade in the area.
The health, beauty and household retailer Savers has renewed the company’s lease on its Stroud town centre store.
The Stroud store is open seven days a week and can be found on King Street, near Curio Lounge and the new medical centre and stocks a range of branded health, home and beauty products.
The company has extended its lease on the Stroud Five Valleys store for a further five years.
Centre manager at Five Valleys Erica Malpass said: “We know from our customer feedback that Savers is a really valued part of our tenant line up here at Five Valleys.
“We’re really pleased that the company has further committed to the town and to Five Valleys at a time when the centre is really growing and establishing – it’s great to see more new businesses opening and footfall increasing.”
The centre has recently welcomed Sports Direct to the town centre retail line up as well as the fashion brand Peacocks.
It is also home to the Five Valleys Medical Centre which opened last year and is also accessed from King Street along with the town’s modern new library.
