A MAN from Cam who drove while over the legal limit for cannabis on New Year's Eve last year has been banned from the roads for a year.
Brogan Stanford, aged 27, of Draycott Crescent, recently pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court.
He admitted to driving an Audi A1 at Draycott Business Park in Cam on December 31, 2023 when he had an illegal level of Delta-9-Hydrocannabinol in his bloodstream.
As well as the 12 month driving ban he was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £32 surcharge.
