Benjamin Lewis, aged 48, of Port Lane, Brimscombe, admitted a charge of voyeurism at Cheltenham Magistrates Court
A STROUD man has admitted a charge of voyeurism.
Benjamin Lewis, aged 48, of Port Lane, Brimscombe, Stroud, is due to be sentenced on Monday at Cheltenham Magistrates Court.
According to the court list, Lewis recorded a person engaged in a private act without consent in contravention of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Lewis committed the offence in Stroud on May 10, 2022.
He admitted the offence on May 28.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report.
