ECOTRICITY owner Dale Vince has issued an update on the Ecotricity building in Stroud town centre which he says will 'give the town a boost.'
Some staff have now returned to the office based in Russell Street.
Founder of Ecotricity, Dale Vince said: “We’re pleased to bring our office in Russell Street back into use.
"It’s in part due to a change in working practice for our people, post pandemic.
"The balance between working from home and working in the office has shifted more to the office and it’s also partly due to needing the space for more staff.
"That will give the town an extra boost which is good for local shops and cafes.”
In a recent Stroud Town Council meeting the chamber of Stroud Chamber of Trade noted that the return of some staff to this office was a 'source of optimism'.
