Maisie Kearse
Happy 100th birthday to Maisie Kearse.
Maisie celebrates her centenary on July 4.
Maisie nee Cowley was born in Chapel Street, Stroud and spent her childhood at Bisley Old Road, got married to Ronald Kearse in 1949 at the Old Chapel.
Maisie now lives in Cashes Green and has two daughters Lynda and Yvonne, two grandsons Ryan and Eamon, and two great grand daughters Ava Mai and Orlah.
Maisie worked in school canteens at Whiteshill and Archway schools for approximately 20 years.
She enjoyed sewing, knitting, home decorating and camper van holidays.
Maisie said the secret to a long life is a happy home life with lots of laughs and good genes.
