CCTV IMAGES have been released by police to try and identify a woman in connection with a suspected fake charity scam.
The incident happened in Stonehouse at around midday on Saturday, May 25 May when a woman approached an 80-year-old man and claimed to be a charity worker.
She requested money, and when he said he had no cash, it is alleged the woman escorted him to a cash point on the High Street and helped him withdraw £200.
She then ran away.
Investigating officers have now released images of a woman who they want to speak to in connection with the investigation.
