A 48-YEAR-OLD Brimscombe man has been bailed for a pre-sentence report after admitting an offence of voyeurism.

Benjamin Lewis, of Port Terrace, Port Lane, Brimscombe, indicated a plea of guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on May 28 to committing voyeurism in Stroud on May 10, 2022.

The charge says that he recorded another person doing a private act with the intention of looking at the images for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification while knowing that the person had not consented to the recording.

The court bailed Lewis unconditionally until July 8 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared by the probation service.
