A WOMAN from Stroud faces a whopping court bill for failing to identify the driver of a vehicle.
Amanda Jones, aged 28, of Mason Road, Stroud, failed to give police the identity of a Suzuki Alto driver.
It was alleged the driver was caught speeding at Nouncells Cross, Bisley Old Road on October 4, last year.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on May 15 and was proved via the single justice procedure.
She was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 plus £90 in costs - a total of £1,014.
She was also given six points on her licence.
