A MAN who drove an Audi while disqualified and over the legal limit for cannabis has been warned he faces a jail term.
Stephen Randlesome, aged 26, of Victoria Drive, Eastington, admitted that he drove an Audi TT on the A419 at Stonehouse while he was over the limit for Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol - a chemical found in cannabis - on November 15, 2023.
He also admitted driving while disqualified , and without third party insurance at the hearing at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 21.
He was unconditionally bailed till September 3 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
The court asked for the report to consider all sentencing options - meaning that it has not ruled out a prison term.
