There is a temporary road closure of Tetbury Lane (Nailsworth Town) Stroud District.
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the 501202 Tetbury Lane from its junction with Bath Road outside of the property known as 'The Maltings' for a total distance of 125 metres approximately.
The reason for the closure is for works by Severn Trent Water. The said road is expected to be closed from May 13 until May 15 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.
Alternative Route - as signed on site. Emergency access, and pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road, will be maintained.
Temporary Closure Of C265 Tinkley Lane (Nympsfield Parish) Stroud District
Notice is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made a Variation under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to vary the Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 (the 2017 Order) by introducing the proposed restrictions described in the Schedule below along various roads within the Cainscross Parish in the Stroud District in the County of Gloucestershire.
The 2017 Order will be varied by the attachment of plans similar to those used in this consultation and which identify the roads or sides of road to which the prohibitions and restrictions of waiting, loading and parking places affect.
This Variation came into operation on May 13 and may be cited as the "Gloucestershire county council on street parking order 2017 (Greenaways, Westward Road & Ebley Wharf) (Cainscross parish) (Stroud District) (variation) order 2024"
The lengths of roads fall within the Parish of Cainscross in the Stroud District in the County of Gloucestershire. The usual exemptions will apply to Statutory Undertakers and Local Authority vehicles carrying out duties in exercise of their statutory powers, and also in the case of emergency services vehicles and disabled person's vehicles.
Temporary Road Closure C209 Oldends Lane (Stonehouse Town) Stroud District.
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an order to temporarily close and restrict part of the C209 Oldends Lane from outside of the property known as 'Fairview' to outside the property known as No.22 Oldends Lane' for a total distance of approximately 250 metres. The reason for the closure is to carry out Drainage refurbishment works to all drainage assets
There will be no stopping or waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The road is expected to be closed on various nights between June 1 and November 29 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. This order can permit the closure and restriction of the road in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed on 29th November 2024 or until the works are completed.
