A FERRARI driver from the Stroud area who ignored road markings has been penalised.
Richard Kelly, aged 55, failed to comply with solid white line road markings while driving a Ferrari 488 Spider on the A46 Painswick Road, Cranham on September 3, 2023.
Kelly, of The Highlands, Painswick, pleaded guilty via the single justice procedure at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 19.
He was fined £307 and ordered to pay a £122 surcharge plus £90 in costs - a total of £519.
Three points were also added to his driving licence.
