A BOY aged 13 was allegedly caught driving a car on the M5.
The boy - who cannot be named due to his age - was arrested in a VW Passat on the southbound carriageway between junctions 8 and 9 in Gloucestershire on October 10.
He is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Friday.
The boy, from Bristol, is charged with driving without a licence or insurance.
