A 15-YEAR-OLD boy from Stroud is due in court this week charged with carrying a butcher's knife in a churchyard.
The teenager has been charged with possessing the knife, which is described as having a 'symbolic yellow handle and writing on it'.
It is alleged he was caught in the cemetery of St James Church in Dursley on July 18 last year.
The boy, who cannot be named due to his age, will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Friday.
