A NEW food business has opened in the Stroud town centre.
Marley Lines-Dymond previously worked for spicy chicken hot spot at the market, House of Piri, for two years.
His new venture, Marley's sarnies, will feature popular favourites such as roast chicken, BLT, egg mayo, Tandoori and Chicken Tikka all made from organic and local produce where possible.
The sandwiches will be available Monday to Sunday and until late on Fridays, tying in with the night market, as well as through Uber Eats.
Marley also offers a weekly special allowing him to experiment with different flavours and respond to customer requests.
All sandwiches will also be made available as salad bowls and with a choice of different breads from soft white to seeded, all supplied by a local bakery.
Gluten free options will also be available as will pots of gravy.
Breakfast yogurts, protein bowls and granola pots will also be on the menu for those wanting a lighter snack or breakfast option.
The new venture has created two new jobs at the centre bringing the employment head count at the scheme to almost 400.
Marley’s Sarnies can be found opposite Sandersons Boutique department store, next door to Alfonso Gelateria.
