A Maserati driver from Painswick has been fined and banned from the road for speeding on the M5.
Andrew Smith, aged 45, of Kingsmill Lane, Painswick, was banned due to repeat offending.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, September 19.
Smith was caught breaking the 70mph limit on the M5 in Gloucestershire on May 13.
He was fined £440 and must also pay a £176 victim services surcharge plus £90 costs - a total of £706.
Smith was banned from driving for six months and given five penalty points.
