A NEW Indian food outlet in Stroud has received its first food hygiene rating.
Namaste, an Indian street food trader at the Five Valleys Shopping Centre, received a four star food hygiene rating after an assessment on July 14.
Ratings are given on a score from 0-5, with five being the highest.
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
