House prices in Stroud increased in June, new figures show.
The rise contributes to the longer-term trend, which has seen property prices in the area grow by 2.8 per cent over the last year.
The average Stroud house price in June was £342,991, Land Registry figures show – a 0.5 per cent increase on May.
Across the South West, where prices decreased 0.5 per cent, but Stroud was lower than the 0.7 per cent rise for the UK as a whole.
