A 14-year-old boy is due to appear in court charged with assaulting another male.
The boy from Quedgeley - who cannot be named for legal reasons - is due at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Friday, August 18.
He is charged with assaulting a male on May 7 in Gloucester.
The case was heard on Friday at Cheltenham Magistrates Court, although the defendant was not present.
He was remanded on conditional bail which means he cannot associate with a named boy and cannot contact the victim of the alleged assault.
