NAILSWORTH man Hamish Guerrini has been charged with drink-driving and having no licence.
Guerrini, aged 51, of Wood End Lane, Nailsworth, was due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday, August 4.
He is charged with driving a Suzuki Jimny four-by-four in Newmarket Road, Nailsworth on July 26 while over the drink-drive limit.
According to the court list, a breath test showed he had 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit being 35 microgrammes.
He is also charged with driving without a licence.
