THREE ambulances, an air ambulance and a rapid response vehicle were called to an incident at Stratford Park Leisure Centre last night.
The vehicles were called just before 6.30pm and left the area just after 7pm.
The air ambulance was parked on the field next to the outdoor football pitch.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 18:29 on Monday, July 24 July to a medical emergency in the Stroud area.
"We sent an air ambulance, three double-crewed land ambulances and a rapid response vehicle.
"We conveyed one patient by land to Cheltenham General Hospital.”
