A DRIVER who hit another car and then fled the scene in King's Stanley has been ordered to pay more than £1,000.
Freddy Kenyon, 23, was driving a Toyota Rav4 when he collided with another vehicle on November 29 last year.
After the incident in Shute Street at the junction with New Street, Kenyon failed to stop and provide his details.
Kenyon, of Turner Street, Hereford, was charged with failing to stop after an accident and provide details, driving while banned and for having no insurance.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on June 8, where Kenyon pleaded guilty to all charges.
He was fined £370 and must pay a victim surcharge of £148 plus £500 in compensation and £85 in costs - a total of £1,103.
The court imposed a community order up to a maximum of 10 days.
Kenyon was also banned from driving for 15 months.
