Laurie King, Stroud based writer, coach and guide, recently published her first book Wilder Journeys: True Stories of Nature, Adventure & Connection (co-edited with bestselling author, Miriam Lancewood).
The book was released on March 14, the official launch taking place in Stanfords Bookshop in Covent Garden.
The book is a collection of true stories and poems about people's encounters in nature that have caused them to transform their lives and communities.
The authors are a group of international nature lovers, nomads and adventurers who have incredibly inspiring stories.
Ben Fogle says the book is: "A life-changing and inspiring collection. After reading it, many will not be able to resist the call of the wild."
